The problem it kills

A customer arrives for a 2pm appointment. The car is on the back row, the keys are in a drawer, and the valeter is at lunch. Fifteen minutes of "I'll just go and get it" — and the customer has done their maths on the forecourt while they waited.

What it does
  • Reads the appointment book and knows which cars need to be at the front, and when.
  • Locates the car and the keys and sends a fetch request to the right person.
  • Shows reception and the customer a live "your car is on its way" board.
  • Times every fetch, so you can see where the delays are.
  • Handles the queue when three appointments land at once.

How it plugs in

What it reads. What it's allowed to do.

Data it reads

  • Appointments and enquiries
  • Vehicle locations and key-cabinet events
  • Prep and valet status

What it writes

Messages to your own staff. A live board at reception. Nothing to the DMS.

As with every OmegAi agent: no writes to your DMS without approval, no customer data leaves the UK, and your data is kept separate from every other dealer's. Security & data →
